Q. When will I receive my print?

A. Normally we release your package to the carrier within 10 days of receiving your order. Please remember, we are a very small company and can’t guarantee an exact delivery date. Also, we have no control over scheduling issues that effect the carrier.

Q. How do you handle damaged prints or lost packages?

A. These problems are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged order, please notify us! We have attempted to pack prints to avoid damage. Notify the carrier if you think their handling is at fault. However it occured, we want to work with you to see that you receive an unblemished order. If you don’t receive your order, notify us, but work with the carrier to locate the package. If that is unsuccessful and remains a mystery, we will work with you to see that you receive your order.
